The head of the Union Mr. Valentin Lebedev said: “Our joy immediately faded when it became clear that the project envisages the construction of “horror palaces of Dracula “- the dark cartoon characters.” According to him, those who consider the concept of such projects “as” creative “imagination, have gross irresponsibility or deliberately they start “anti-education” to children, because in childhood lays the socio-cultural communication of values for the foundation of the human person.”
The park is planned to be open in the first semester of 2018. The budget of the project is more than $ 1.5 billion.
