The church set on fire in Krasnoyarsk

February 12, 2018. On December 14th, 2016, a resident of Krasnoyarsk set on fire the church of Nativity. Being intoxicated a man tried to assist the office but was refused. Later he returned, doused the doors with petrol and set it on fire. The fire was distinguished by passersby who seized the arsonist.

On February 12th, 2018, the 50-year-old arsonist received a two year suspended prison sentence for intentional damage to the church’s property.
