Intensive cyber attacks blocking the work of the Orthodox information resource

October 12, 2018. The Kiev-based Union of Orthodox Journalists website has been under attack by hackers since October 11, 2018, the Union reports.

The site went down just after the Ecumenical Patriarchate made its announcement in which it declared its entrance into communion with Ukrainian non-canonical bodies, and the intense cyber-attacks have continued since then.

The Union of Orthodox Journalists supports the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church under the headship of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kiev and All Ukraine and has been very active in reporting on the words and activities of the Patriarchate of Constantinople.
