Desecration of a Serbian Orthodox church in Croatia

August 27, 2015. Unidentified person desecrated a Serbian orthodox church of Saint Nikolas in Karlovac (Croatia). According to the President of the Coalition of Refugee Associations Miodrag Linta who condemned strongly this action, it is the fourth break-in into the facility owned by the Serbian Orthodox Church. In his written statement to the media, Mr Linta underlines the indifference of the Croatian police and Prosecutor’s Office, as they do not sanction the anti-Serbian incidents. Mr Linta demanded from the EU to react with determination and invited the Zagreb government to put an end to the intolerance against Serbs as reports inserbia.info.
